izi has a background in Knowledge Exchange and Commercialisation (KEC), innovation management, Science and Technology Parks and Entrepreneurship. She has over 15 years of experience in technology transfer, working closely with research organisations, government institutions and the corporate sector, often acting as an intermediary between these entities.
Lizi joined the team in 2016, and she leads programmes and activities in Latin America. At Oxentia, Lizi has led entrepreneurship programmes, designing and managing accelerators, internationalisation programmes, and capacity building for entrepreneurs. She has also delivered comprehensive programmes to support universities and government agencies, and to foster and develop regional innovation ecosystems. This includes accelerator and incubator programmes focused on specific deep tech fields, training programmes for mentors, policymakers as well as researchers, evaluators and investors.
