Delivered in partnership with Oxentia and Earlytech, this capacity-building programme supports startups in EdTech, MedTech and Fintech to strengthen bilateral innovation, and advance the AI ethics and regulation dialogue.

In-person engagement
Comprehensive Training
Comprehensive training and coaching programme designed to meet each startup’s needs, powered by Oxentia and Earlytech’s expertise.
UK Visit for Turkish Startups
UK visit for Turkish startups (3-4 days), with travel and accommodation expenses covered by the programme for one person per startup.
1:1 Mentoring
1:1 mentoring with Oxentia’s global network of over 120 expert business mentors.
Türkiye Visit for UK Startups
Türkiye visit for UK startups (2-3 days), with travel and accommodation expenses covered by the programme for one person per startup.
Eligibility
Applications will be evaluated on innovation potential, market opportunities in Türkiye/UK, and alignment with programme goals. Startups led by founders from underrepresented backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
UK
- Early-stage startups (Seed funding to Pre-series A funding)
- Minimum pre-seed funding received
- Technology level at Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or a prototype (TRL 5-6)
- In-person engagement availability (incl. Türkiye visit)
- Legally registered and operating in the UK
Türkiye
- Growth-stage startups (Post-Seed to Series A funding)
- Proven market traction generating revenue
- Operational technology demonstrated in a real-world environment (TRL 7-8)
- Received equity investment, venture funding, or grant funding (at least £50,000 in funding)
- In-person engagement availability (incl. UK visit)
- Legally registered and operating in Türkiye
- English fluency (business level)
