Hayleigh joined Oxentia in April 2024, working collaboratively across the business, planning and delivering campaigns to promote global innovation initiatives. She is passionate about boosting Oxentia’s visibility, both on- and offline.

Hayleigh has worked on business development and provides ongoing support on active projects from different sectors, such as Santander X Global Challenges, and the TRUK accelerator program. Her creative and organised approach, combined with her knack for all things digital, ensures that marketing, events, and business development is executed with efficiency.

Hayleigh brings a wealth of experience from her time at PwC, designing and leading design thinking workshops, delivering large-scale projects, and leveraging storytelling and data analysis to make insights more accessible and align to strategic goals. She lets data-driven insights influence her visually engaging campaigns, and lets her global experience and expertise in design thinking, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end project management enable her to create innovative solutions that drive results and effectively resonate with diverse audiences.

She has a Bachelor of Technology in Interior Design, PRINCE2 Agile Foundations and is currently in the process of obtaining her Level 6 Professional Digital marketing Diploma, specialising in Digital Optimisation, and Content, and Social Media Management. She’s worked across various industries across different continents, giving her the ability to navigate diverse markets and cultural dynamics.
