Silvana joined Oxentia in November 2022 as a Programme coordinator, working collaboratively across the organisation, coordinating and delivering high quality global entrepreneurship and innovation projects.
Silvana has been working on projects from different sectors including Aspect (A SHAPE Platform for Entrepreneurship, Commercialisation and Transformation), Santander X Global Entrepreneurship Challenges and Royal Academy of Engineering LIF Global 2023 and the Innovation and cleantech programme (PITL), Peru.
Silvana has previous experience in knowledge exchange and managing international relationships between university and government institutions, and the private sector. She has also supported spin outs in the Biotech sector in their business development strategies.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Biochemistry (Universidad de Concepcion, Chile) and a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology (Universidad de Concepcion, Chile).
