Leaders in Innovation Fellowships (LIF4) programme in the Philippines
We were contracted by the Royal Academy of Engineering (the Academy) in 2018-2019 to conduct an impact evaluation study for the Leaders in Innovation Fellowships (LIF) programme in the Philippines.
The overall aim of this impact assessment was to identify how the LIF programme has catalysed innovation and entrepreneurship in the Philippines and demonstrate impacts in the region that can be attributed to LIF. The study included a baseline assessment of the local entrepreneurship and innovation (E&I) ecosystem, a survey of LIF participants, and interviews with selected internal and external stakeholders.
Successful outputs from the study included detailed findings report, a selected programme participant case study brochure, a findings briefing master class/ networking event, and a roundtable event in Manila where findings were presented to key stakeholders.
