LIF4 programme impact review Philippines
Leaders in Innovation Fellowships (LIF4) programme in the Philippines
Challenge
We were contracted by the Royal Academy of Engineering (the Academy) in 2018-2019 to conduct an impact evaluation study for the Leaders in Innovation Fellowships (LIF) programme in the Philippines.
Approach
The overall aim of this impact assessment was to identify how the LIF programme has catalysed innovation and entrepreneurship in the Philippines and demonstrate impacts in the region that can be attributed to LIF. The study included a baseline assessment of the local entrepreneurship and innovation (E&I) ecosystem, a survey of LIF participants, and interviews with selected internal and external stakeholders.
Impact
The study output a detailed findings report and a brochure of selected participant's case studies.
To close the programme, we held a findings briefing master class / networking event
Lastly, a roundtable event in Manila presented findings to key stakeholders.
