Approach

The overall aim of this impact assessment was to identify how the LIF programme has catalysed innovation and entrepreneurship in the Philippines and demonstrate impacts in the region that can be attributed to LIF. The study included a baseline assessment of the local entrepreneurship and innovation (E&I) ecosystem, a survey of LIF participants, and interviews with selected internal and external stakeholders.
