Independent Mobile and Desktop Timeline

Challenge

The Galician Agency for Innovation (GAIN) identified a knowledge exchange and communication skills gap in their research community, which is essential for securing research grants and achieving impactful outcomes.

To address this challenge, GAIN initiated a three-month capacity-building programme focused on three key areas:

  • Knowledge exchange and commercialisation (KEC) fundamentals
  • Communicating research and engaging with stakeholders
  • Understanding the ecosystem, promoting collaboration, and creating impact

Approach

Oxentia developed an online training program, divided into three blocks composed of several half-day modules:

Block 1: Commercialisation Fundamentals

This block introduced the commercialisation process by identifying its main steps and challenges through case studies and delegates’ own projects.
