Pola joined Oxentia in April 2024 as a programme manager, working collaboratively across the organisation, delivering high quality global entrepreneurship and innovation projects.

Pola first connected with Oxentia through the Aspect Network – a community of people from various organisations who share a belief in the power of SHAPE (Social Impact and Commercialisation for Social Sciences, Arts & Humanities) research.

Before joining Oxentia, Pola worked at Copenhagen Business School leading the Academic Entrepreneurship unit at the local university incubator: Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship. She managed entrepreneurship and spinout projects that bring Danish research to spinouts and research-based organisations. Her research journey started in the School’s Marketing department, where she researched marketing and consumer behaviour. She leveraged this knowledge when delivering marketing and collaborative consumption courses.

MSc in Economics and Business Administration, Customer and Commercial Development Programme, Minor in Behavioural Neuroscience & Economy (Copenhagen Business School, 2020) and BA in International Economics (Warsaw School of Economics, 2017). During her education, she discovered her passion of combining psychology and business, which she leverages in her daily work.
